Job Description 

We are looking for a person with previous experiences as Product Manager to refine our existing product offerings, better align with user and market needs, and to discover new potential product candidates.  

Your job responsibilities will include operational activities like:

  • Focus on discovery and market research 
  • Building and directing user research in collaboration with our UX/UI designer 
  • Applying design thinking to go from user needs to product specifications
  • Testing product assumptions with experiments and rapid-prototyping 
  • Participating as Product Owner in Agile/SCRUM meetings 
  • Serving as a liaison between product and development
  • Prioritizing the product backlog

And as well strategic activities like:
  • Aligning our company's product strategy with the overall business strategy
  • Be involved in defining the product roadmap
  • Ensure our our company’s products meet the needs of our customers
  • Aligning a company's product strategy with the overall business strategy
  • Thinking through each step of the product life cycle, from the initial design to how to eventually launch and distribute the product
  • Responsible for hiring, directing, supervising and mentoring the product team
  • Being able to work with the engineers to identify and solve problems and ensure that the product delivers a positive user experience
  • Understanding how to help others in the company see the vision of the product and how to motivate them to work with you to achieve those goal
  • Ability to prioritize based on what’s important at the moment


Your profile

At the same time, you would like to be an integral part of our team, contribute with your expertise, further develop your skills with us and make every effort to ensure that our mission is achieved. 

You also: 

  • Have 3 years experience with Product Management or Product Ownership
  • Have 2 years experience in people management
  • Have prior experience with a role in Market Research or User Research 
  • Have High levels of English fluency (spoken and written) for customer-facing communication 
  • Have displayed organizational skills needed for self-direction and following projects up to completion 
  • Enjoy taking ownership of projects, building roadmaps and defining timelines 

 

You will be reporting directly to our CEO and working with our tech and R&D team side by side.
